Hits is a comprehensive expense management system tailored for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
Through the platform, users can request prepaid cards to cover corporate expenses such as utility bills, fuel, and employees' daily expenditures, ensuring complete and centralized control over company spending.
The platform offers a range of powerful features, including rapid top-ups, seamless card-to-card transfers, detailed expense reports, and a robust budgeting tool.

Budgeting tool

The solution for creating the budgeting tool was to simplify data visualization and interpretation!
By categorizing and grouping mapped categories based on affinity, assigning colors to groups, and adding icons to key categories, the tool provides a clear visual representation. This helps users effortlessly understand which areas account for their highest expenses, minimizing effort while maximizing insight

We know that the Hits audience (persona study), being MSMEs, does not have a routine for analyzing expense data.
Many often mix their personal and business finances, struggling to control cash flow, and most lack tools that simplify the interpretation of financial information.

We have developed an intelligence system that, through the data collected from the establishment's transactions, provides useful insights for decision-making.
